This technical agreement is an attachment to the purchase and sales contract numbered OZMA2013081531, and has the same legal effect as it. The purpose is to specify the technical requirements for the supply and acceptance of the equipment, and other related matters, for both parties to implement.

2、 Delivery and acceptance

1.Delivery. Representatives from both parties shall be sent to the factory of Party A for joint unpacking inspection. If it is found that the equipment's factory certificate or equipment model and specifications do not match the contract, or if the spare parts are incomplete or inconsistent, Party A has the right to request Party B to replace them with new goods or make up for them, and Party B shall be responsible for any losses caused thereby.

2. Equipment installation, debugging, and acceptance.

1) After the equipment arrives at the factory, Party A shall complete the preparation work for equipment installation and debugging according to the requirements of the technical documents, and then notify Party B to send engineering and technical personnel to carry out equipment debugging. Within 5 working days after receiving the notice from Party A, Party B shall arrive at the acceptance site and bear all expenses incurred by Party A for on-site inspection.

2) After the equipment debugging is completed, the relevant engineering and technical personnel of Party B shall provide training on operation, maintenance, repair, and other matters to the technical and operational personnel of Party A.

3) After the installation and debugging are qualified, both Party A and Party B shall jointly sign the acceptance report.

3.Attachment: The second party shall provide the following technical information to the first party: the complete set of equipment operation and maintenance instructions, and other materials.

三:after-sale service

1.The warranty period of the equipment is one year, and within one year from the signing of the equipment acceptance report, any damage caused during normal use or malfunction shall be repaired by Party B free of charge.

2.After receiving the fault notification from Party A, Party B shall respond within 2 hours. If the problem cannot be solved through telephone communication, Party B shall arrive at the site within 24 hours to solve the problem, in order to reduce Party A's losses.

3.The expenses incurred beyond the warranty period shall be determined through consultation between both parties.

四.Other matters not covered shall be resolved through separate negotiations between both parties.

五.This technical agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. It shall come into effect after being signed and stamped.
